Hai-O TOP Managers Conference, Grand Lexis PD.

It was a great kick start for the year with CDM Conference 2016.
All company's Top Managers gathered around attending forums, discussing updates and strategies for the whole new year.
Soon as I arrived on 1st day,
terus checked in, left my luggage at Lexis Hotel. Then, hotel buggy sent me to Grand Lexis Ballroom, where the Conference was held.

We received so many good news and updates. 2015 was a good year for all of us.
The Sales has gone up tremendously since May 2015, despite of price increase. Company's total profit reached RM200 Millions. Alhamdulillah, rezeki lebih bagi kami semua usahawan-usahawan Sahajidah Hai-O Marketing.
As we all know and aware, we are dealing with kegawatan ekonomi dan nilai mata wang Malaysia jatuh teruk.
Ramai orang diberhentikan kerja, ada yang gaji tak berbayar, and most of big MNC companies asik fokus untuk cut cost. Ada juga company besar yang terus tutup operation di sini.
Berbeza situasi dengan our company,
instead of minimizing the budget, they increase the budget for this year. Total of RM23 Million akan dibelanjakan khas untuk untuk upgrade infrastructures, offices, branding and marketing dalam tahun 2016 ini. Paling menarik juga, ada peruntukan khas untuk biasiswa pelajar cemerlang for anak-anak usahawan. So, it's a big woww for me, good job and thank you SAHAJIDAH Hai-O.
Selain updates, they also announced our new incentive trip for this year. Beijing, it is! :)
Then, acara kemuncak on first day, paling seronok, the company gave out cheques for 2% extra bonus to the qualified CDMs. Daripada 250 CDM yang hadir, hanya 50 orang sahaja yang layak menerima extra bonus ini and Naa salah seorang yang menerima cheque. Alhamdulillah for the rezeki tambahan! Yeay!
So altogether I got like 69% bonus from the company. Don't think ada company lain yang reward para managers setinggi ni. Free trips 2 ke 3 kali setahun, car fund, residual bonus, sales bonus up to 69% and cash rebate untuk kebanyakan produk. I like! Mana lagi nak cari business yang rewarding macam ni .
**khusus kepada wanita-wanita out there, yang tak sure how to start a business. Ataupun takut nak mula berbusiness. Whatsapp Naa for advice or even nak borak pon boleh :)
Back to agenda on first day, after tea break, semua balik berehat di water chalet masing-masing.
For me yang first time jejak kaki kat Lexis Water Chalet ni, memang excited and jakun kejap. Dari dulu nak pergi asik tak jadi, so now sampai juga kat sini. My 1 night stay ditaja oleh company.
Sambil rest, layan Mineral Coffee and tengok sunset. So relaxing.. Next time, must repeat and stay longer with my family pula.
Dah habis minum, terus bersiap-siap for the Dinner, with Arabian Night theme. Ini hasil last minute mix and match for my outfit..

That night,
everyone memang sangat sporting and happening. Ramai yang beria-ria sewa costume cantik-cantik ok!
Tengok jer yang kat belakang kitorang bertiga ni..
Kitorang antara yang simple malam tu. But I voted for superheroes theme, so sebab tu tak beria sangat la cari tema arabian night, haha. Naa , husband and our 2 heroes memang big fan of marvel's superheroes.
Acara kemuncak sebenarnya waktu nak pilih pemenang best dress. All top 10 dipaksa berlakon, nyanyi and macam-macam. But all cdms memang hebat lah. Semua berbakat besar ni, bukan hanya pandai berniaga. Semua memang enjoy sangat the shows and performances sampai tak boleh berhenti gelak.
Tengah malam, after the dinner was over, here came my 3 heroes datang teman mommy tidur. Awww, so sweet..

As early as 7am on second day,
terpacaklah we all for morning exercise!
Kitorang cdm-cdm yang sangat punctual, menepati masa. Awal lagi dah get ready for ZUMBA!
Matahari pun belum keluar lagi ni.
Selepas zumba, acara sukan sebenar yang sampai keluar peluh jantan ialah tarik tali! Ni lah kali pertama, dan harap-harap terakhir. Lepas sehari, sakit pinggang dan sakit segala urat saraf tauuu!
Nasib baiklah my team menang.
Tak sia-sia tarik sekuat hati, dan tenaga.

Macam-macam gaya ada, sampai terduduk, sampai cramp, sampai pasak kaki ke dalam pasir pun ada. Almaklum, semua cdm-cdm memang fighters. Pantang mengalah! Apa yang penting, semangat berpasukan, teamwork dari aktiviti ni yang kita nak.
From this activity juga dapat merapatkan ukhuwah sesama leaders.
Selesai acara outdoor and breakfast, dengan kepenatan masih terasa, terpaksa balik bilik untuk bersiap for another session at Ballroom.
Anak-anak and daddy relax jer kat chalet, derang bangun pun lewat and tak mandi-mandi lagi.
After dah bersiap, sempat lagi pose with Danial and Danish. Semua dah siap mandi and wangi!
On our way to Ballroom at Grand Lexis. We all memang malas nak berjalan dah, sanggup tunggu buggy walaupun lama. Kaki pun dah lenguh kan..
For the last session, we had Great Minds Forum.
Panel-panel yang cukup berpengalaman dalam business ini, more than 10 years dan sehinggalah yang seusia dengan company pun ada.
It was a great forum, lots of ideas, tips and views they shared with all of us. Semakin jelas untuk sama-sama kami jayakan projek 2016 bersama kumpulan masing-masing, bermula dengan Projek 1000 Tiket ke Beijing.

InshaaAllah, we will gather again for Majlis Hari Raya nanti, and of course tak sabar nak collect my next cheque!
