Banana Bread Pudding by NaaKamaruddin ;)

One of my fav!!
Dah lama tak buat, bulan puasa ni teringin la nak makan. 
harap kat pasar ramdhan..langsung tak sedap kan ;P




So, here's the recipe~



Ingredients A:

brown sugar              250g
cinnamon powder     1 tablespoon
eggs                          5 pcs
fresh milk                 800ml
vanilla essence         1 teaspoon

Ingredients B:

Bananas                    4 pcs (each sliced into small pieces)
Sandwich Bread        20-24 pieces
Butter                      150g
Raisin/cherries         100g


Methods:
1. Mix ingredients A and beat until even.
2. Evenly butter each slices of bread (remove the crust)
3. Using baking dish, layer the bread and add some raisins,bananas. Then layer another layer of bread on top.
4. Pour ingredients A on top of the layered bread and leave them for a while until the bread is soaked through.
5. Sprinkle some raisins and cherries on top as garnish.
6. Bake or steam at 160 deg. C for about 25 minutes.

  2. naa..kalau xde cinnamon powder, ok x? dah round satu store, x jumpa pun cinnamon powder. jadinya, fresh milk masih berkepam dalam peti ais. uhuk uhuk

  3. Dura..boleh jer, if takde. just extra taste la if ade cinnamon powder. if nak sedap, ikot cara my mom..die slalu kacau2 tuh, dgn daun pandan. untuk bagi wangi, hilang hanyir telur sikit. sedap gak rasenya ;)
